When is UIUC move-in for fall 2027?
The University hasn't published fall 2027 move-in dates yet. Move-in usually runs over several days in mid-to-late August, with assigned time slots by residence hall, and classes start right after. Once your student has an assigned slot, book for the night before so you aren't starting the day with a long drive.

Moving a freshman in is a family event. With three bedrooms, a bunk room the younger siblings will fight over, and two living rooms, everyone gets real sleep. Nobody is stuck on a rollaway in a shared hotel room.
